Your first mortgage conversation: what to prepare
Sources and calculations checked:
No documents or chosen loan program needed for our first conversation. Share your plans and questions, and we can discuss the next step.

Start with three things
You do not need to gather documents or know every number before we talk.
- Your plans: Where and roughly when you want to buy. Will you live there, use it as a second home, or rent it out?
- Your general situation: Income sources, down-payment ideas and a comfortable range for total monthly housing expenses. It is fine to be unsure.
- Your questions: Loan choices, costs or whatever concerns you most.
If you decide to apply, we can confirm the required documents and secure submission method then. An initial conversation is not loan approval.
